How to use free printable Puppy Dog Pals cupcake wrappers
Download the free printable templates to your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF File. Print the cupcake wrappers onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut out the wrappers to its actual shape and size. Wrap templates around the base of a cupcake and stick ends together by using the slit provided or by gluing/sticking the ends together.
