How to use free printable Willy Wonka cupcake toppers
Download the free printable templates onto your computer and use adobe to open the PDF document.
Print the cupcake circles onto white cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the templates to the right size and shape.
Stick cupcake circles onto lolly sticks or toothpicks with glue or Sellotape. You can also double side cupcake toppers by sticking the cupcake circles on the blank side of your cupcake toppers too. Once this is done, simply poke your cupcake toppers into cupcakes and display.
