Download the free printable templates onto cardstock paper and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print gift tags onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the templates out to the right size and a hole punch to make a hole in each tag (where it is marked).
Thread a small piece of ribbon through each tag and attach it to favors, to spruce up your favors for a Captain Underpants themed party.
