Download the free printable templates to your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the tags onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the tags to the right shape and size. Use a hole punch to make holes where it is marked on each tag.
Cut small pieces of twine or ribbon and run it through the hole of each tag and attach to party favors.
