How to use free printable Monopoly cupcake wrappers
Download the free printable templates onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the free cupcake wrapper templates onto white cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the templates to its actual size and shape.
Wrap the cupcake wrappers around the base of cupcakes and connect ends together with slit.
