How to use free printable Dragon Ball Z Cupcake Wrappers
Download the free printable template onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the cupcake wrapper templates onto cardstock paper and cut each template out to the right size and shape with scissors.
Wrap the templates around the base of cupcakes and use slit to connect the ends.
