Download the free cupcake topper circles onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the free templates.
Print to white cardstock paper and cut to actual size with scissors or 2-inch circle cutter.
Glue or stick cupcake circles to toothpicks or lolly sticks to make cupcake toppers. You can double side cupcake toppers by attaching another cupcake circle to the other side.
Place cupcake toppers onto cupcakes and your set.
