How to use Free Printable Shimmer and Shine Birthday Banner
Click the link and download the free printable Shimmer and Shine birthday banner templates to your computer.
Open the file with a pdf reader and print the templates to cardstock paper, making sure to set the printer options to full size so that that templates will print as formatted.
Once printed, cut out banner pieces according to the shape of each piece and punch hole into them with a hole punch.
Using Ribbon or string, thread through the holes you’ve created in each piece to join pieces together before hanging up to decorate party room.
