How to use free printable The Flash Birthday Banner
*Download the free printable templates onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
*Print the templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut out the templates to the correct size and shape. Also use a hole punch to make a hole in each banner piece.
*After this, thread ribbon through the holes of each banner piece and string them together. Hang the banner on the wall to display.
