How to use free printable Willy Wonka cupcake wrappers
Download the free printable to your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the cupcake wrappers to actual size and shape.
Wrap the cupcake wrappers around the base of your cupcakes and use the slit to lock the ends in place.
