Print the templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut favor bag topper to right size and shape.

Fold the favor bag toppers at the halfway point to make them into tent shapes.

Fill up a cellophane bag or paper lunch bag with treats, candies or small favors and place the favor bag topper over the open end of bag.

Download the free printable template onto a computer and open the PDF document with adobe reader.

Print cupcake circle templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors or a 2-inch hole punch to cut the templates to the right size.

Stick the cupcake circles onto lolly sticks or toothpicks with Sellotape or glue. You can double side cupcake toppers by sticking another cupcake circle topper to the blank side too.

Once this is done, poke cupcake toppers into the cupcakes and display.

How to use free printable Captain Underpants Birthday Banner

Download the free printable template onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.

Print the banner templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors to cut the pieces out to the right size and shape.

Fold each banner piece (backwards with the design facing you) at the top where we have left a blank rectangle – fold across the line provided.

Sort out all banner pieces so it reads “Happy Birthday” and run ribbon through the crease of each banner piece fold.

Stick down the folded part of your banner with glue or Sellotape to keep ribbon in place. Once this is done, simply hang up your banner.
